Issue: H.R. 2872, Further Additional Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, 2024 (Formerly titled: To amend the Permanent Electronic Duck Stamp Act of 2013 to allow the Secretary of the Interior to issue electronic stamps under such Act, and for other purposes.) Question: On Motion that the House suspend the rules and agree to the Senate amendment (2/3 vote required).

Result: Passed in House, 314 to 108 , not voting 11. Agreed to earlier by Senate, Senate Vote Number 12.  Became Public Law 118-35 (signed by the President, 1-19-24). GOP and Democrats scored.

This act provides continuing FY2024 appropriations for federal agencies. The act also extends several expiring programs and authorities, including several public health programs.
