Maryland-SJ2 This measure is due for a committee hearing on Feb. 9, at 1:00 pm!!!
New Hampshire-HCR3 This measure is through with committees in its house of origin, and a floor vote is imminent. This resolution had a public hearing on Thurs., Jan. 19; then, for an executive session on Wed., Jan. 25. On Jan. 30 that committee issued a majority report of "inexpedient to legislate", and a minority report of "ought to pass".
New Mexico-HJR10 This measure has already passed its house of origin. Great News!! This one passed the House, on Feb. 15!! And though there was an attempt to weaken it by amendment, that attempt failed!! On to the Senate!!!
South Dakota-HB1193 This one had a hearing Mon., Feb. 6, before the House State Affairs committee; unfortunately, they "tabled" it -- which in S.D. means it is dead unless the full body orders the committee to send the bill to the floor.
Texas-SJR38 This one had a hearing on Thurs., Feb. 16, before the Senate Committee on State Affairs! Public testimony was taken, but no vote -- as yet! Contact ALL the committee members!!!
